1. Use Windows ReadyBoost
2. PCWorld: "Annoyance Buster: Make Vista's User Account Control Work for You"
3. "Control Panel" > "Appearance and Personalization" > "Windows Sidebar Properties" > Uncheck "Start Sidebar when Windows Starts"
4. Click "Start" > Type "systempropertiesperformance" > Select "Adjust for best performance" or pick by yourself
5. "Control Panel" > "System and Maintenance" > "Power Options" > "High performance" (requires more electricity)
